DELIVERY

- Ready stock items will be delivered out within 2-3 business working days. 

- As most of our orders are backorder items, orders would take up to 2- 3 weeks business days to arrive at our distribution center. Once arrived, orders will be shipped out within 2-3 working days.

- The timeframe for delivery is weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

- Chaze will not be responsible for any damage/delay or missing parcels incurred by the courier once the parcels have been successfully shipped.

Which courier service are we using?

We are currently using Pos Laju Malaysia for all local deliveries.
